What would you do if a patient is angry at you

If you think there is a justifiable reason for the patient to be angry at you, apologize. If the issue is severe enough that it might have legal ramifications, talk to your supervisor first.

Do your job in a fair, professional and courteous manner but be aware that the world has some unreasonable people that are impossible to please.
