A home pregnancy test is accurate as early as six to eight days after conception. It's possible that it could be "another guy's" baby but odds are, it's most likely your boyfriend because the accuracy increases with time beyond a week.
The reality is, the only way to know for sure is a DNA test. As unpalitable as that might be, it's better to look stupid the day the baby is born than to create a situation where the truth comes out later after the child has bonded with the wrong father. That's very unfair to everybody including the child.
We all make mistakes. I wouldn't compound one mistake by turning it into another one. I'd clear the air from the start.
