Why do guys overreact about a relationship that lasted only three days?

okayy, so this dude IMs me on facebook. hes just like "heyy" and im like "heyy do I know you" and then thats basically the direction it went to. then after that he asked me out and I said yes (yes I know it was a stupid move to say yes to a guy I dont know). so then we go out for like... a weekend then he tells me he loves me and all this junk. then I break up with him because I think its going too fast. now I didnt tell him that. why I do not know. anyways so then his sister goes and posts this thing on my wall saying that im low and everything for breaking up with her little brother.and all that stuff. then my sister comes in and starts commenting on it. and im here and I honestly dont care about the drama. so then the dude's sister and him and my sister are all fighting. then my sister's 16 year old friend comes in and stands up for me.then the dude's sister is still commenting. so then I get on facebook and say" can we like not be immature? I mean really I said sorry!" then the dude comments and says "sorry doesnt fix everything" and then I said " I realize that but can we not be immature?" and so then he and his sis keep on going and going and going and im like...wdd. why do guys overreact about a THREE DAY RELATIONSHIP?

im a guy and I dont overreact like that. it sounds like he was a bit obsessed with you almost. he really shouldnt have said that he loved you, considering you only dated for 3 days. to me it sounds that he is incredibally immature and needs to grow up.

He probably has never had a gf before you, not that I have had many, but he sounds like he can't even fight his own battles and has to make his sister do it for him, plus, if you didn't know hm, then that is a great reason not to date him in the first place. He just wants to act really immature and he is probably pissed that he finally got a girlfriend and then she dumped him so quickly.
