How To Get Flash To Download To My Computer

I have tried over and over to download flash to my computer, but it doesn't work. I run Windows 7, and use a 64 bit processor. I have followed the directions given on the Adobe web site, but it doesn't work.

It would help if you describe what happens when you try to download it. How far does it get in the process and what is the first message you see that indicates "it doesn't work?"

I see no message that it doesn't work. I am asked if I want to allow the program to make changes to my computer, and I click yes. That's the last message I get. Then when I try to use, I get a message that Flashplayer isn't on my system.

The message sounds like it's coming from an anti-virus system that may be blocking the program because it's an executable. Try to temporarily turn the virus protection off, download flash, then turn it back on.

Make sure you're downloading from Adobe's site.
