How do you activate an inactive patient?

Depends on how inactive the patient happens to be. If he has no pulse you might need to break out the paddles. If he's snoring, pinch him on the butt. If he's a couch potato take him for a walk. :-)

The problem is: you can't take responsibility for anyone's 'inaction'. The patient has decided to do nothing. Fullstop.
