Explain the 4 step process for public relation effectivess between an org and its public

If you are studying Public Relations, what are you going to do when a client hires you? Will you get on EHelp and ask what you're supposed to do next? Sooner or later you'll have to do the work. I'd try sooner.

The 4 steps are:
1. Research - You need to research on client or organization and opportunities to do public relations
2. Objectives - You should identify your goals/objectives and target audience
3. Implementing plan - You should make an implementation plan and tactics for communicating with your clients
4. Evaluation - You should make an evaluation before and after the program.
