I have a 2002 F250 super duty #2 cyl droped compression to 150 psi,what do I do to fix the problem

If steam is coming out of the exaust and it's losing water, probably the head gasket leaking compression to the water jacket. If it's blowing oil back into the air filter, the rings. If the valves are noisy check for a broken stem or rocker arm spring.
