How do you Stop Smoking?

Quitting smoking has never been easy to those who are chain smokers. It takes a lot of will and fighting spirit in order for one to be successful in quitting smoking.

T = Tell family, friends, and co-workers that you plan to quit.

A = Anticipate and plan for the challenges you'll face while quitting.

R = Remove cigarettes and other tobacco products from your home, car, and work.

Pick a time when you're off work or out of school for at least a week. Whenever you want a cigarette, go out and run until you become completely winded. It will stop the craving for a few hours.

Keep doing that and the interval between the cravings will become farther and farther apart until they go away. Once you get there, never put another cigarette in your mouth or you'll be back where you started.
