Wording for a Will when leaving children to a guardian.

Parent-child is a custodial relationship, not ownership. You have no legal right to will your children to anybody. If the spouse is their biological parent, they are next in line for custody. If not, their biological parent would be.

You can write anything you want in a will but custody is awarded by the court, not the current custodian.
