Diagnose my shoulder(s) injury?

i had a painful bursitis diagnosis in my left shoulder last year. this year the same exact pain started up in my right shoulder. is this a sign of something more serious? i'm 30 years old, I am pretty active. in fact my previous diagnosis seemed to make sense as I tend to over do it between weights, basketball running..i feel like I tend to not get enough rest when I do my excercise. however with this said I found it very odd that I have the same pain in both shoulders which seemed to just happen without any specific incident. any feedback would be much appreciated.

Do some experiments. One by one, knock off each exercise for a while and see if one of them makes it go away. See if taking ibuprofen or Tylenol makes a difference. Keep records and take them to the doc next time. That info might provide a more accurate diagnosis.

You could be feeling the beginning of arthritis. Thirty is young for that but as we get older we just to have to learn to live with more pain. That’s why professional athletes retire at an early age. Otherwise we’d have sixty year old pitchers still playing baseball.

I agree with Rob, but if you still feel the problems you can go for joint replacement surgery for your shoulder at any best hospital for joint replacements.

here is a resource you can check - http://www.artemishospital.in/joint-replacements.php

Thanks
