Where can I find buyers who will purchase tapes of notes and individual notes

ok so can anyone tell me where I can get these kind of buyers that will show a POF and will purchase tapes and notes nationwide. They are commercial, single family, multifamily, residential and REO. If anyone has any clue on to where I can find these types of Profesional buyers please let me know.

To sell volumes of debt collateralized by mortgages in today's market, you need to contact a sizeable financial institution like BOA, Wells Fargo or the like.

After the recent mortgage debacle, be prepared to to have them gone over with a fine tooth comb and to have them discounted equal to the risk the buyer is assuming based on their assesment.
