How do you transfer ipod stuff from one computer to another?

my ipod had been locked, so I resetted it. I had to download the 4g software and I don't have my old apps, videos and music. all this stuff is on another pc, which you can't get internet, so you can't download itunes.
Help?

To transfer files from one computer to the other, you can

1. Burn them on a DVD or CD.

2. Network the two machines together through an Ethernet Local Area Network.

3. Use Windows Explorer and Copy them to a memory stick then put the stick into the other machine and copy then from the stick into the machine.

If you have, or can borrow a memory stick, option #3 is the simplest.
