Using Comerica bank deposit capture

After scanning deposits & changing screens to transmit, I clicked on transmit & the caption @ the bottom of the screen said failed submission. Although under transaction list @ the top of the screen the amount was correct & the balance marked as true. Yet I'm not able to complete the tramission because I keep getting failed submission. Please advise.

Not necessarily due to something you did. It could be a problem in either the transmission link or the server at the other end. I'd call the bank.
