Voice morphing is using technology to change the voice of one person to sound like the voice of another. Different systems produce different quality results. For example, a good system can shift the pitch to make a male voice sound like a female while maintaining the same timing and pronunciation.

It is used for a variety of purposes like producing cartoons where one person does the voices of a number of characters. It can also be used for sinister purposes to disguise ones voice to keep from being identified.

Advantages and disadvantages would depend on what it is being used for.

could ypu please tell me which language support voice morphing and how can I see this?
It is a technology that works on timing and pitch, not language. A male with a low pitch voice can make his voice sound feminine by increasing the frequency of the sound electronically.
