Looking for Solutions to convert JPEG files to text files?
Most scanners come with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software. Print the JPEG to a black and white printer and do an OCR scan with the scanner.
I have a Canon scanner that used Omni Page that does it well as long as the print is high contrast and clean.
