Is there a difference between what thickish girls/thin girls like in bed?

I know this is a general question but I had sex with a girlfriend who was a little thick(5'4" 150lbs or so), which I liked, but she didn't enjoy sex. We dated for over 5 years, so save me the "maybe you're just not good". She was not comfortable with her body. Now I have the opportunity to get with a thin girl(5'2" 100lbs) who loves her body. She also sounds very sexual, and seems like she has had experience. I was wondering if anybody feels like there are typical differences in what they like. i.e. I would pay attention to the tits, but they are small, is that awkward? the girls are early 20's.
