What happened to a first letter I wrote to my cousin Diane Kolkebeck almost 3 hours ago?

I've sent a detailed message twice now, explaining in detail all the steps I took to try and send this message through? What's wrong with Facebook
that a simple message can't go through? My cousin also has a Facebook site.

How would anybody here know what track your message took between one Facebook account and another?
