Can I do Masters in psychology after btech in IT?

i am an engineering student in my final year,but in recent yrs I hav developed keen interest in psychology n I am genuinly interested to pusue it as my career.What are the options available to me to do the same.
Is MS in Industrial/Organizational psychology a good option for me,if so please tell me about some universties which offer this course without any prerequisites of bachelor's in psychology.
