Can I find friend ( a teacher ) by profession from any europeon country for exchange of educational

can I find a friend ( a teacher ) by profession from any europeon country for exchange of educational ideas,concepts to determine difference of educational systems of two different parts of the world on web.

no teachers arent aloud to only when your not in the same school with them (like say you wanted to talk to them on facebook when your still at that school you cant they might lose there job. but say you moved schools then you can. cause you dont go to that school no more.)

there was a group on Tumblr like a Teaching Community. Maybe they will be of any help. They are one of the most faved communities there, so check them out.
(I'm a tutor and I hate teaching, so I'm of no help to you ;) )
