When writing a resume do you only need to put the qualific 4 the job being applied 4?

lets say I am a collector but I have also done administrative work, lots of different office work and I am qualified for several different jobs in the field of finance. the new job is looking for a bank teller or a COLLECTOR. DO I FIX MY RESUME WITH ALL MY QUALIFICATIONS OR JUST SPECIFICALLY WHAT THEY ARE HIRING?

Given your background and career interests ... use a functional resume format. It is ideal for job seekers that are moving from one career field to another. Identify specific skills and accomplishments that are common to past experiences and prospective job opportunities.

Use Free-Resume-Builder.net's (http://www.free-resume-builder.net) free online resume and career letter builder tool to build your resume.

Good luck.
