Why has my recently installed wireless PCI card suddenly having connectivity problems?

It is a Sabrent wireless-N, 802.11N working off a netgear router. Worked well for 4 days, then suddenly it was taking forever to connect to yahoo.com or even Windows mail. Tried rebooting modem, router, computer. Took out card, and used "wired" connection and that works. Could I have a bad wireless card?

more than likely the one you have is a defective one. try to get a hold of the company that makes your wireless card and see if they have warranties on them and get a replacement one.

Actually, my router was not an "n", and even though the "n" PCI card is supposed to work "backwards" with an apparently outdated "g" router... not so much. I have a new "n" router ($50)... and have had no problems. But thanks for the response, night_angel.
