My ex husband while married in the state of wisconsin, borrowed 100thousand two different times on a line of credit, without telling his wife. He gave the money to another man and paid the money back by selling or casing in on a 1031 exchance, again without my knowledge, but my signiture on the paperwork looked like my signiture. He then entered into a partnership agreement with this man without my knowlege or concent.
