I went to a car dealer in CA and signed a contract and was told that the car was financed, to later find out it has not been. I have had the car ten days and they want me to go get a personal loan for a downpayment which I can not afford. I would like to give them back a car but they are refusing to take it back. Wouldnt they want the car back so that they can actually make money? what should I do?
