Why does my 2 week old baby seem to be gasping for breath after I give her the vitamin polyviflor

I was told to give my newborn the vitamin polyviflor and when I give it to her she seems to gasping and trying to swallow. she makes a high-pitched noise and behaves like she is choking. It takes her about 2 minutes or more to recover. Her face gets red and she is clearly uncomfortable.

take her to the Dr. a visit will be good but im sure uve figured it all out by now.
