What is the law in NY State with regards to using a secret voice recorder which I want to use at the workplace because they say a lot of lies against me. Can I use the voice recorder and discreetly hide it in my pocket to record their voice without their consent, just for my protection because they are bunch of liars? Can that device be used and recognized for future evidence in court litigation?
