My friend was sexually abused :( I want to do something to make sure she knows we're there for her.

Just tell her it and tell her that everything is okay. She's alive, right? I hope you're a Christian (as well as her). Whoever abused her, he's a moron who obviously is going to die and suffer the greatest pain; for eternity. Just tell her that she's alive and that everything's alright and is going to be alright.
