Why do I have two Facebook accounts?

I apparently have two facebook accounts. The one I prefer has my profile picture and is the one I use regularly. The othe rone which came up today has just a "ghost profile". I hadn't had this one come up before. How do I get rid of it? Thanks for yuor help.

It might not even be yours. You might have accidentally created another account or hacked into someone else's. Try this link (on the one you DON'T prefer): http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account
