How to reduce esr level in the blood?

my mother fell on ground and hemiarthoplasty at hip was done . after one year sinus was discharged from previouslyoperated hip .and washout ,removal of cement , artificial prsthetic , and closure was done but esr level was not reduced. several antibiotics were also taken but still esr is 80 . what shoud be done to reduce esr?
