What everybody needs to understand is that this is all about a business and Justin Bieber is the product they're selling. He has to walk the tightrope between having a personal life and not doing something that will stop all of his fans from buying the products they're marketing. If he opened a direct line, either by the Internet or cell phone, he would lose his personal life completely.

Any of you that believe that it's possible to communicate with him personally are doing nothing more than demonstrating how immature you are and that you haven't a clue about how the world works.

If you enjoy his music great, buy it, but understand that the chances of Justin Bieber communicating with you are about the same as the possibility of it snowing in the Mojave Desert in August, something that's never happened.
