Why isnt my device not syncing

my phone says that the usb is attached...

Well if your device isn't not syncing, then it is syncing, so it's working, and you have no problem.

Seriously though, it would help if you posted the make and model of the phone, and what operating system you're running.

Turn your hearing aids on and also out, and try to connect. also try turning the phone's Bluetooth off and on again. However,' forget' the bias in the Bluetooth list on your phone and in hearing aid apps, If this does not work. Start from scrape and renew the phone and brace your hail aids to it again
