Why is imagination not a part of life today?

Asked May 17, 2010
Who says it isn't? If it wasn't, we wouldn't have art, media, literature, etc... anymore. People use their imaginations every day. When you're driving in the car, and on the radio comes on a commercial for some new Ford truck, and you picture the truck in your mind, that's your imagination at work. When you sit at the computer, surfing the net, and you see your friend posted a new drawing to the internet, your friend used his/her imagination when coming up with the idea to draw whatever it is. Imagination is just as alive today as it ever was.
