What was the finding in the reason the stockmarket dropped so bad week before last

the week before last when the stockmarket dropped so bad they were suppose to be investingating on what happen because they felt it had to foul play. what was the results of the problem.

This is going to sound ridiculous, but what happened was someone who's in charge of programming the master system that controls all the stock information was doing some programming, and accidentally typed an "n" when he should have typed an "m" and it caused a big error and all the stocks to crash heavily. It was fixed right away though, and the values of the stocks themselves didn't actually crash, it was just their representation in the system.
