How to fill knots with a clear coating?

we are installing utility grade unfinished 3/4" oak, full of knots (we like the look of the knots) is their I clear filler (that can be applied thick, which will not discolor) to fill the knot holes to keep the natural look before we clear coat it?

Yes, before do it male sure that filler should math with that knots with proper approval from an expert. As recently I had applied Country Oak in my kitchen that ordered from an online store as builderoutletusa.com and there no need to any filler to fill it as its looks great without filler.
