I dont trust my husband how does he expect to want be intimate?

I am 38 and my husband is 27 and he had an affair a couple years ago, I'm not sure it was his first or last, the trust is gone. I am over wieght and I am self conscious and I have caught him looking at young nasty women on the internet I confronted him about and told him how it made me feel, of course he denied it but later said he wasnt going to do it again and I caught him again. How can I want to be intimate when I cant trust him to not give in to temptation. If he can do that what else can he do?

Were you overweight when you were married. If so kick him to the curb. If you put the weight on, then take it back off.

I don't blame you. He's a filthy stinkin' liar. I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him, and seeing as I've never met him and never will, that's a distance of 0 feet. I'm not telling you to dump him, but that's what I would do. It sounds like he has some growing up to do, because he clearly doesn't know how to properly treat a woman.

This is a tough (yet unfortunately) common occurance within couples. If you really really feel that all trust is gone, then maybe Oni_kami is right...maybe it is time to move on. However if you ask yourself (honestly) if there is any way that you could forgive him and move past this seemingly insurmountable obstacle and find the good in him, Then maybe just maybe all is not lost. As far as being intimate, that my dear is between you and him. Some men are shallow hollow creatures and others are just infleuenced by the wrong pulls and temptations...after all, the wrong temptations are everywhere you look in todays world. This is no excuse for his deciet and lies by any means, but it definetly is a topic worth bringing up to him...IF he is worth it. Perhaps he does not know the severity of his actions?
