Why should teens drive at night time?

Well it's debated as to whether teens should drive during the day or night. During the day you can see more easily, however at night there are less people. So the answer to your question is:
Because there are less people on the road so there's less chance of an accident.

I think that they should practice driving at night as well as in other conditions such as snow and rain. If they don't practice how are they going to learn? Driving at night is different because you have to rely on your headlights and stret lights to light your way. The roads look different in the dark and of course it is harder to see. I think that it is important for everyone to be able to drive in all conditions.

Teenagers shouldent be driving at 13-16 anyways if thats what you mean?

When a teen starts driving, how about putting a bumber sticker on the car with the parents telephone number like: "How's my driving? Call Dad at 123-4567"

Teen drivers should be taught how to drive before going on the road.Parents should be more causios. After the teenager gets their permits the parent/gardiun should teach them how to drive.
