How to take a picture on my laptop

I want to take picture of to put on my facebook.

I don't have a Facebook, but I've seen others do this, there's some page somewhere on Facebook itself that accesses your webcam to take a picture of you, so just search around on Facebook itself.

Does your Laptop have a webcam built in? If not use Quick Capture (which can be downloaded from the Official Website (type "Quick Capture Download" into Google.com)) Or just you a Digital Camera (if you have one).
