Are air fresheners toxic?

After using Febreeze air freshener I feel a little bit uncomfortable with my lungs, are those air fresheners contain toxic ingredients?

Well it contains ingredients that are toxic to consume, e.g. you shouldn't be spraying it straight into your mouth. Otherwise, it's completely safe. You may be allergic to something in it, or if you suffer from asthma, that might cause this too. I suggest that after using Febreeze, you just walk away from that room for a little while.
