Can I get Arkansas to let me serve my prison time in CA?

I have hep c and what to be close to my family while I serve this time. I have changed my life around now but they P.O still wants me under the jail. so, what is my best approach I have 3 felony I am facing 2 absconding of my probation in 2 county's and one conspiracy to manufacturing meth? I was in with the wrong crowd not using but hanging out a lot in the wrong places odiously! So please if you know where I should start to prove my innocents reply? I will have money for a good lawyer soon! I just need ideas?

There's nothing you can do. You broke the law, you're in prison. They're not there to cater to your every desire, be it to be near your family or whatever else, they're there to punish you. It doesn't matter how much you've recovered, you're there to be punished, not to be sent near your family because that's where you want to be. The best thing you can do is be at your best possible behavior and hope that your good behavior will get you time off so you can go be with your family sooner.
