Why the blood come out from throat?

Because your grammar is terrible.

No seriously though, it could be many things. You could have cut the inside of your throat some how (Possibly a potato chip you didn't chew properly?), you could have a stomach ulcer (Possibly you're overstressed about something for a long period of time?), you could have internal bleeding from some sort of injury. Whatever it may be, you should have it looked at by a doctor immediately. If left untreated, any of these can become fatal with time.

My general rule is that when blood's coming out of anywhere in an unnatural way, it's time to go hunt the expertise of those people who went to medical school for 10 years about this sort of thing, the doctors.
