How often do dogs go into to heat

how often do HOUND dogs go into to heat a year?

it depends of what kind of dog it is the most a dog is in heat is mybe 1 or 2 a month but it depends on the dog my old dog he whas a hound dog and he got into heat about 6 times a year but I had a another one before that and he olny went into heat 2 times so idk...
