I am having problems with text I copied from a webpage into a Microsoft word document

I am having a problem with text that I bring in to a Microsoft Word document from a webpage source. I copied the source from the webpage and then when I paste the text into Microsoft Word I cannot move the text around as if it were normal typed in text. In this particular case I am pasting in a bibliography for reference paper and I need to move the second line of the copied text five spaces in as is the proper format for a Chicago/tarabien reference citation.

Did you try doing it in Notepad?
You most likely need to remove the formatting, or 'save as plain text' as suggested above and then paste it into your document. Sometimes it helps me to find a block of text formatted the way I want it and highlight and replace the old text with the new text. Then you can move the entire block where you want to in your document.

Instead of using EDIT + PASTE, use EDIT + PASTE SPECIAL and select "text" or "unformatted text." This will paste the text you have copied in the same format as the rest of your document and should be editable. As a bonus, you won't have to reformat it as it will look like the rest of your document.
