im scared and I need help cause a tornado is coming to kansas and I want to feel okay and fine im really help it just cant get out of my head. even when my mother is reminding me about it

How can you feel okay when a tornado is coming?
Just pray and give your worries to the Lord, that is if you are a christian b/c fear tolerated is faith contaminated. If you arent just meditate, which also can mean a lot of things. Meditation is complete when you're only focused on one thing and all other things have been pushed and block out of your mind. Hope I helped=D
