What do you do with a 24 year old who refuses to work?

kick them out

my boyfriend was like that at one point, he changed now, but the reason he was like that was because his mother spoiled him and he was unable to do things for himself, and he new that if he lost his job it was okay because he had a free home to stay in, may I suggest maybe asking for rent? or kick them out it will be really hard but thats almost the best way ... they will get a huge awakening, or even sit down and talk and explain that they have a month or so to find even are part time job or go to school or find a full time job or they are out no if and or buts.

kick them out and make them realize that if they want to keep their life style the have to work
