What exactly do you mean? I take it you're talking about Battlefield: Bad Company 2 which plays on PC (Windows), PS3 and Xbox 360. All of these run on electricity, so that's a powersource you may need.

All sass aside, if you're asking about the system requirements for PC here are the minimums. Now take note these are not optimal and will only run the game but not necessarily well:

Operating System - Windows XP (32-bit)
CPU - Doublecore 2 GHZ
Memory - 2 GB RAM
Hard Drive Space - 10GB for disc version or 15GB for digital version
Graphics Hardware - GeForce 7800 GT / ATI X1900 with 256 MB VRAM - DirectX 9
Sound Hardware - DirectX 9.0c compliant Sound card
Network - 1 Mbit/s internet connection for online play

If you don't know how to check for all that, you can use this site: http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=504&game=Battlefield%20Bad%20Company%202

Uhhhhhhh, a working one? If your computer has power, you can play Bad Company 2, that's assuming you have it for PC and not for 360 or PS3, in which case you should have their own respective power sources. Anyways, Bad Company 2 is a game, and as such, it's software. Software will never require a specific power source, it's dependent on your hardware. If your computer is shutting down when you boot up your game, then you have a different problem. If you got the game illegally, it could be a fake, it could be made up to look like the game but send the shut-down command to your comp when you try to start it up. Your comp could be overheating, you'd have to get a better fan. You could have a virus, a run of Avast would most likely fix it. There's a couple of other possibilities, but those are the most common.
