I am having some renting issues with a real estate company and funding (bank) company

Yes the real estate company and the bank who takes that that rent is requiring every renter in our mobile home community to pay 500.00 deposit on the lot rent and pay the additional lot rent on top of that I am on a fixed income right now and my husband only works part time there is no full time work here in indiana and we have other bills besides this one we are ready to relocate away from here complaints have been filed on each place 4 altogethed and channel 6 news call for help also got called as well over this.
