I used to access a site called HOW DO I RANK and I cant find it any where is it still up and running

Its a site that people can vote or rank each others looks HOW DO I RANK there are plenty of others like HOT OR NOT but I really like this one I didnt access it for some time and now I cant find it or any mention of it
