What is a Customer ID?

I'm trying to pay bill online in order for me to do that I must put in my Customer ID for HTC Inc. I put in my account number that on my invoice but that not it. where can I find it and what is it.

Ask_Sean Says, is it not the ID you were givin when you first applied? (if not I have no idea).

If you're asking about https://myaccount.htcinc.net/ the Ciustomer ID they're asking for is the login to the secure web site. It works the same as anwilli1 when you login on this site. When you enter the Customer ID and password then it will pull up your account.

Either they assigned the Id to you or you selected it when you registered for the site.

Customer I'd is on the bill you get each month.Its not ur acct number,but its above the space where they put your amount due,on first page of ur bill.If you don't get a bill,call customer service and they will give it to you ok.I did call myself and they were very happy to help me with this question.Good luck.
