Cam studio audio is not syncing with video

Okay so I have been testing this out and can't seem to get the audio to stay with the video. I have adjusted the sync quite a bit but it still skips on the playback somewhere in the video and then the audio is off sync of the video. Someone please help me.

Yea when I used to CamStudio it sometimes did this. What fixed it for me was uninstalling it and then changing the audio and video quality settings. Set them to the highest settings.
