Im in a custody battle with my ex-, his father was hitting my daughter on the back of and on the side of her leg and pulling her hair when she was not as quick to get ready as the older children. (she is only 6, the other children are 10 and 14) CPS got envolved and said there was nt enough child abuse to say its abuse it was deimed unfounded. I believe my ex's father is to old to be watch 8 kids 3 being my own. there is infasnt two 3 year old a 4yr old 10,12 and 14 and my daughter. My ex thinks its ok to over whelm his elderly parents with transpertation providing meals and hygene care baths ect. My question is how many kids is to many before it is neglet or just flat out not adiquit care
