Will my husband be legally obligated to pay my credit bills if we get married?

i am currently unemployed due to no fault of mine and I want to know in florida if I get married will my future husband will be obligated to pay my credit card bills if I my unempolyment runs out and I haven't found a job yet?

Yes. once you are married, everything is combined just like your income, although unemployed, his will become yours, so you can't say you have no income. And bills, your debts become his and his debts become yours. I suggest you try & pay off your bills before you get married so you don't bring this burden on to him. If unemployed, you may have to file bankruptcy otherwise, you need to tell your future husband about the bills before you get married.
